Changes to Free Shipping

We believe strongly in offering the best prices we can for our customers and have maintained a free shipping threshold of $150 since the start of our online storefront over 5 years ago.

Unfortunately, with the rising costs of inflation and shipping fees we can no longer offer this free shipping tier at a cost that would be sufficient to offset the rates that are charged to us by Canada Post, who announced they are increasing shipping rates for the second time this year. 

As a direct result we are making the following changes to our free shipping promotion effective immediately:

• Canadian Free Shipping is now offered when the order total is $200 or more before taxes
• USA Free shipping is no longer available 

We understand that this is an undesirable change, but unfortunately it is the only way we can maintain a free shipping tier without increasing the cost of our products.
