We have made some changes to the way store credit is handled for online transactions. Rather then using store credit for website transactions, we will now issue you a digital giftcard that can be used conveniently online whenever you need to.
To obtain a gift card from us for online use:

-Send us an email or chat message requesting a gift card for your account

-We will generate a gift card for the amount you request from your store credit balance and email you a gift card for that amount to use online.

-When you are on the checkout page, simply paste in the code you received by email into the gift card field and click apply

-The gift card will be used to pay for the order and any applicable taxes

-If you have a balance remaining (for example shipping fees), you can pay the difference as normal
